For over twenty-five years, Charles Garcia, Managing Partner of Garcia Trujillo’s consulting practice, has served as a strategic advisor to some of the world’s most important business, military, non-profit and political leaders. Through his experience as a former White House Fellow, as a trusted advisor to leading businessmen – including former Goldman Sachs Chairman John C. Whitehead, as an appointee in four U.S. Presidential administrations and through his participation on Fortune 500 corporate boards, he has built an extensive and influential network that he leverages for the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Garcia has received numerous awards for his business and intellectual achievements. The media has frequently characterized him as a renaissance man for his success across many fields – as a highly decorated military officer, entrepreneur, community leader, attorney, corporate board leader, philanthropist, and bestselling author. He is frequently called upon by Fox, ABC, NBC, CNN, Telemundo, and Univision networks to lend his unique insights to on-air discussions about issues of national significance.

At this point in his career, Mr. Garcia is very clear about what his life is about: His mission is to positively impact the lives of Hispanic individuals and organizations by inspiring them with a bold vision for their future, and a clear strategy on how to achieve it.

This mission is exemplified by his expertise in helping management teams design and implement strategies to connect with the Hispanic market. He was named to the Board of Directors of Winn Dixie Stores, a Fortune 500 company that is one of the nation’s largest food retailers, to help increase their sales to Hispanic consumers. Aetna, a Fortune 100 company, named him Chairman of its Latino Advisory Council; an advisory board which reports to the CEO of Aetna and that is tasked with growing the Hispanic market share of this diversified healthcare company. He is the national spokesman and Hispanic market consultant for Amway, a leader in the $80 billion global direct selling industry. Mr. Garcia is a member of the advisory board for the Florida State University Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication, a national hub for innovative research for marketing to Hispanic consumers. He is also a director of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, one of the nation’s premier Latino organizations.
